The works covered by the contract concerned the construction of the building called “Administrative”, a structure dedicated to administrative activities, complementary to those previously contracted, within the new PMI iCare production complex.
The Administrative building is presented as a union of different construction organisms, internally connected to each other, which interpenetrate and which, united in their aesthetic-architectural qualities although articulated in the elevations and volumes, constitute a single building complex. The structure is positioned to the south of the plot of land and at the head of the group of buildings that constitute the entire manufacturing complex. The Entrance Building of the plant welcomes all operators in a highly advanced energy envelope (built in Energy Class A) that looks towards the Bologna hill. Inside there are offices, a conference center, a kitchen with a free flow restaurant, a gym and modern changing rooms for all employees. The new building extends over a surface area of ​​approximately 6,200 m2.
A new ornamental swimming pool and a square in front of the main entrance to the building were also created.
